REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for digital products and access plans purchased from Digi-levelup, operated by Michael Roy Mould, located at 2718 Fort Caney Dr, Richmond, TX 77406, United States.
All products sold by Digi-levelup are digital only: Google Sheets templates, custom calculators, Excel workbooks and related files. They are delivered electronically by email, and in your account where available, immediately after purchase. There is no physical shipping, no packaging and no physical return process. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Digital Products and Instant Access
Digi-levelup offers four access plans:
- Starter – 1 month of access – $12.99
- Plus – 3 months of access – $23.99
- Premium – 6 months of access – $42.99
- Platinum – 12 months of access – $65.99
When you purchase a plan, you receive instant access to the template library included in that plan. Access is delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, you receive the full benefit of your purchase as soon as checkout is complete.
Files you download during your plan remain yours to use under our Terms of Service after your plan ends. You will no longer receive new releases or member benefits unless you purchase a new plan.
3. All Sales Final on Digital Goods
Because our products are intangible digital goods that cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final, except as described in Section 5 (7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee). By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the digital content and that you are not entitled to a refund for change of mind once access has been granted.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal or Texas law, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act.
4. Plan Renewal and Cancellation
If your plan is set to renew automatically, the renewal date and price will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing, and you keep access until the end of your current plan period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a plan period.
To cancel, contact us at support@digi-levelup.shop or use the cancellation option in your account if available. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
5. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. However, we offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase in the following situations:
- You were charged twice for the same plan due to a technical error.
- You did not receive access to your files after purchase and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.
- A template or calculator does not work as described, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not granted for change of mind after files have been downloaded, for lack of compatibility with software other than Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, or for requests where misuse, resale or sharing of the files has been detected.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in U.S. dollars. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Once a refund is issued, your access to the plan will be closed.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@digi-levelup.shop within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the purchase
- A clear description of the issue (screenshots help)
We will review your request and reply within 3 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the digital products while the dispute is investigated. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly.
8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to this policy shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "LAST UPDATED" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Purchases are governed by the version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
