Didn't receive your templates?
Please check your spam, junk and promotions folders first, and search your inbox for "Digi-levelup". If you still can't find your access email 30 minutes after purchase, contact us and we'll resend it right away. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
A template or calculator isn't working?
Make sure you're using Google Sheets (signed in to a Google account) or Microsoft Excel. If the problem continues, email us with a screenshot and the template name, and we'll fix it or send you a working version.
Refund or cancellation request?
Please email us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number. See our Refund Policy for eligibility under our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Custom template or calculator request?
Premium and Platinum members can request custom template tweaks or calculators. Email us with the subject "Custom Request" and describe what you need.
Privacy or personal data request?
